Yes, but make sure you use a dentist – endorsed kit. We use the Optident tooth whitening system. A small amount of whitening gel is placed in a very thin tray which fits snugly over the teeth. It is quite comfortable and most people just wear it when sleeping for about 2 weeks. After this time the teeth will be whiter and you will probably be delighted with the way they look. If you would like them whiter still, you can carry on with the process until they are white enough for you.
